产品说明：

该固定液是免疫组织化学(IHC)和免疫细胞化学（ICC)研究中最常用的固定剂之一。较为温和，能很好地保存组织的抗原性和细微结构，适于组织标本和细胞片的较长期保存，非常适合组织和细胞的光镜免疫化学研究。

本产品是用PBS配置的组织细胞固定液，可直接用于组织和细胞固定。若需使用其他低浓度的固定液，可使用0.01M PBS按比例稀释。

使用说明（仅供参考）：

组织固定：室温或4℃浸泡固定2-24h，用缓冲液漂洗后即可石蜡或碳蜡或塑封包埋用于组织切片。

切片固定：室温或4℃固定10min-2h，视切片厚度而定，用缓冲液漂洗后即可用于染色。

细胞固定：室温或4℃固定10-30min，用缓冲液漂洗后即可用于染色。

注意事项：

本产品不含防腐剂，不宜室温或4℃长期保存，请勿反复冻融。
