枸橼酸钠(sodium citrate)又可以称为柠檬酸钠，可以阻止血液凝固，原理是它能够与血液中的钙离子结合形成螯合物。本产品制备完成后经无菌处理，血液与枸橼酸钠抗凝剂的一般采用9:1(V:V)的比例混合，可用于测定凝血象和红细胞沉降率。血液与抗凝剂(3.2%)的比例为4:1(V:V)时可用在魏氏法血沉测定。

枸橼酸钠(sodium citrate)又称柠檬酸钠，常见原料为二水合柠檬酸三钠，分子量为294.12，能与血液中的钙离子结合形成螯合物从而阻止血液凝固，用于血液抗凝时常选用3.2% (109mmol/L)，亦可选用 3.8%(129mmol/L)或者 4%(136mmol/L)。
